Another focus is trips to his home country, the Netherlands, whether in combination with a European river or ocean cruise or as a stand-alone itinerary. Clabbers’ love for cruise travel shows in his personal travel experience: more than 130 cruises to to all seven continents, including (so far) four expeditions in varying parts of Antarctica. A luxury hotelier by trade, Clabbers lived and worked in Asia, Australia, and Europe before opening boutique leisure agency Q Cruise + Travel in 2006.
