For over half a century, the town of St Tropez on France's Côte d'Azur has been a magnet for A-listers from Brigitte Bardot to Beyoncé, luring them with its sun-drenched beaches, historic architecture, exclusive clubs, and top-notch restaurants. Today, the town welcomes Arev Saint Tropez, a new boutique hotel celebrating the destination's glamorous past and legendary location, nestled among the pastoral landscape of this exclusive corner of the French Riviera.

Hidden among lush gardens and century-old olive trees just five minutes from the town's downtown, the property has 43 guest rooms and suites, as well as a sprawling villa for guests, a spa, a pool, two bars, a paddle court, and a Mediterranean restaurant.

"Just like the village of St Tropez, Arev's design aims to be timeless, glamorous, bold, and fun," Magdalena Hamya, brand director for Arev Collection, told Travel + Leisure. "Championing a sense of place, we translated the colors of the French Riviera with rich shades of blue, white, and red across our rooms and public spaces."

The company teamed up with Madrid-based designer Luis Bustamante, who created the vibrant yet sophisticated, coastal-inspired interiors designed to feel like a "summer home away from home."

The accommodations feature beds with upholstered headboards and draped valances, curated art pieces, and large windows — and many have private gardens.

"This palette and some of the patterns of the interiors reference nautical flags, a nod to Saint Tropez's vibrant boating and yachting DNA," Hamya added.

The property is anchored by the charming Place des Oliviers, a small square with a retro food truck and two boutiques, which transforms into a lively entertainment space for live music, dancing, and drinks in the evening.

The nautical theme continues at the pool, where chic sun lounges, cabanas, and a bar create a relaxing ambiance. And speaking of relaxing, Arev partnered with Maison ST, a fragrance and beauty brand inspired by St. Stopez that uses clean, local ingredients, such as Mediterranean Sea salt and locally harvested herbs, on bespoke spa treatments that complement the facility's hammams.

"Arev's experience has been designed for world travelers who enjoy living a fabulous life and appreciate old-world glamour, authentic luxury, and elegant, subtle details," Hamya explained.

The property is also reviving the beloved Strand Restaurant and Champagne Bar with a menu focusing on fresh ingredients and house-grown produce, an extensive wine list, a champagne trolley, and a robust mixology program.

Arev Saint Tropez is the first property of the Arev Collection, which "has been founded on a dream to create a new kind of luxury experience, with people at its center and a fresh approach to guest experience, according to Hamya.

"Our guests appreciate nature, beauty, and craftsmanship and enjoy spending time together in elegance: eating, dancing, singing," she said.

Nightly rates at Arev Saint Tropez start from $640, and you can now book your stay at arevcollection.com.
